Our program enables seniors to live as independently as possible by providing truly all-inclusive services. In addition to addressing each participant’s unique medical needs, we also help with the social, emotional and practical challenges. Through interactions with peers, stimulating activities, and other supportive services, participants enjoy better quality of life.

Meals and Nutrition
The Importance of Senior Nutrition
Good nutrition is important for everyone, but it’s especially critical for seniors. When older adults don’t eat regular, healthy meals, they lack energy, feel confused and may be at a greater risk of falling or injuring themselves. When poor meal habits get out of control, older adults can experience a worsening of disease or debility.
Older adults who don’t follow their special diets are also at risk for medical problems. For instance, someone with cardiac disease may eat a salty, high-fat diet which can worsen their condition.
Meals at Hope PACE
Hot, nutritious meals are served in a comfortable group setting, and special dietary needs are easily accommodated. Your personal preferences will always be an important consideration for your meals at Hope PACE.
Our nutritionists will help you make appropriate food choices for any medical conditions or health issues you may have. You can receive further help understanding food labels, food safety and other topics on food education. We can help you plan grocery shopping trips and outline menu ideas for meals at home.
Art and Music
Our creative opportunities can help with relaxation and stress relief. Through art and music, you will be able to express yourself creatively and benefit from:
- Positive changes in mood
- Anxiety and stress reduction
- Improved social interaction
- Improved memory recall/language skills
- No artistic or musical experience is necessary to join in these fun and unique activities.
Healthcare professionals are discovering the positive differences made in people’s lives when they spend time with a favorite pet. Animals have a special way of showing unconditional love and uplifting spirits. Volunteer pets are professionally reviewed prior to visiting a center. The pets at Hope PACE are happy to create smiles, laughter, and enjoyment for all involved.
Support for Caregivers
Caring for an aging loved one is one of life’s most difficult challenges. We offer caregivers guidance, help and support throughout the caregiving journey.
With Hope PACE, caregivers can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that their loved one is receiving state-of-the-art medical care and other supportive services.
Caregivers and Hope PACE participants receive an informational newsletter to stay connected to the events and activities at our centers. We also offer support groups to help connect caregivers with others who have shared similar experiences and challenges.
