Hope PACE Centers
As a PACE participant, you’ll receive most of your health care at one of our multi-purpose centers. We offer activities, healthy meals, and time to make new friends. When you’re not at a PACE Center, support is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hope PACE Center Hours
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET. Centers are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
