Our comprehensive services are designed especially for people who need help with activities of daily living. If you don’t need any assistance to stay safely in your own home, you may not need to enroll in Hope PACE. We will contact you to learn more about the types of help you may need at home!

However, only participants with dual Medicare/Medicaid coverage can participate in the program at no cost.* The state of Florida has income and asset limits for Medicaid eligibility. We will contact you to discuss whether your situation may still qualify for Medicaid coverage. Even if Medicaid is not an option, we will discuss the costs involved for participants who choose to pay directly for our comprehensive services.

* Participants may be fully and personally liable for the costs of unauthorized or out-of-PACE program agreed services.
